The Crown Wormingford

The Crown is a village pub and restaurant located in the rural village of Wormingford, just a short drive from Colchester. We pride ourselves on the cosy atmosphere we have created from the moment you enter the doors. Split into two sections, we have the public bar side which includes a pool table, dart board and a selection of local cask ales. The other half of the building is the welcoming restaurant where we serve local delicacies such as Mersea caught fish. We have fireplaces in both sides of the building which adds to atmosphere in the cold winter months.

Our picturesque garden is a real treat for everyone stopping by, especially in the summer months when you may decide to take your drinks outside and enjoy the view.

We are a dog friendly pub which allows dogs to sit with their owners in the public bar side of the building.

We have a large car park situated next to the building with two allocated disabled bays out the front.
